Is your shop downtown open?

Yes, we are open at 9am 7 days a week!

M - Th 9 am - 6 pm

Fri 9 am - 7 pm

Sat & Sun 9 am - 8 pm

 

Are you shipping fudge?

Yes, we are shipping fudge. We are able to make our weekly batches of fudge still as our awesome customers are continuing to support us. 

How long does a fudge shipment take to arrive after ordering?

We can usually get your order shipped out within 1-2 days (pending the flavors you made are set and ready to cut and wrap). If we have to make a flavor before we send to you this could put a delay to your order by 2-3 days. We try and communicate this with our customers if there is a delay. We appreciate your patience. 

How long does fudge last?

Fudge lasts 4-6 weeks wrapped at room temperature. We make all of our fudge in small batches weekly so it is constantly fresh. We do not overmake quantities that can lead to being stored for long periods. We would rather slightly undermake so it sells quickly and we make more fresh pans. You can freeze fudge in the wrapper it arrives in - although the quality won't be as gooey and smooth after it is unthawed. 

 I don't see my free 1/2lb of fudge in my cart!?

The discount code is automatic when you add items. If you don't see the free 1/2lb in your cart, you haven't added enough fudge yet. Pick up to 6 different flavors for the price of 4. 

What if my order is taking longer than expected?

We are a SMALL business, run by husband and wife. If your order is taking longer than expected, it might be because we had to MAKE your fudge - let it set for 24 hours - package it up for you and mail it! We try to work on orders received the minute you order! We try to communicate with our customers via email provided at checkout (or phone # if provided) about an expected delay or if we are out of a certain product. Thank you! 

1/4 lb of fudge clarifications!?

Our fudge pans are scored and cut based on a grid pattern for cutting multiple pounds easily. Our 1/4 lb pieces are an APPROXIMATION, some might be slightly less, some might be slightly more in weight. It also depends on the flavor and what is added (nuts, flavors, caramel, toppings). We appreciate your understanding and us delivering the best products to you.
